(11)The DGRO shall cause to maintain the database in an easy to retrieve mode with all the details of the complaints received, hearing dates, attendance and judgements/decisions delivered on them. DGRO shall review the status of action taken on the decisions and the nature and spread of grievances being reported within the District periodically with the nodal officers.
