Section 38 in The Orissa Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 2000
38. Nature of examination.
- Written and oral examination and practical test for 1st Class or 2nd Class certificate of proficiency as Boiler Operation Engineers shall be of such nature so as to test the practical ability and technical knowledge of the candidates to be in charge of steam generating plants of power station or Industrial boilers of all types in land use.
