Section 9(1) in United Provinces Land Acquisition (Rehabilitation of Refugees) Act, 1948
(1)Where any land has been requisitioned under section 3, the [State Government] [Substituted by A. O. 1950 for (Provincial Government).] may at any time, acquire it by publishing in the official Gazette, a notice to the effect that it has decided, to acquire it in pursuance of this section.
