Section 14(2) in The Haryana Regulation and Control of Crushers Act, 1991
(2)No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or the Director or any other person in respect of any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or order made thereunder.
