Section 2 in The Orissa Junior Engineers' (Constitution of Cadre) Rules, 1982
2. Definitions.
- In these rules unless the context otherwise requires-(a)"Cadre" means the cadre of Junior Engineer constituted under Sub-rule (1) of Rule 5;(b)"Government" means the State Government of Orissa.
