Section 5(1) in Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994
(1)The Corporation, unless sooner dissolved under the provisions of section 400 of this Act, shall continue for five years from the date appointed for its first meeting :Provided that the Corporation shall be given a reasonable opportunity of being heard before its dissolution.
