Section 157(157) in The Railway Protection Force Rules, 1987
157.1No enrolled member of the Force be reduced to a rank lower than that to whichhe was first appointed to the service nor shall he be reduced penalty in the sense tha the shall never be eligible for repromotion however meritorious his subsequent servicemay be.
