The Writ Court has given directions for revision of pension in light of the resolution dated 10.09.2008 and 01.07.2024. Against this order, State has filed writ appeal which was dismissed by the Division Bench as informed by the learned counsel for the petitioners. Thus, the respondents are now required to comply with the order as till now they were not to comply with the order in view of the pendency of the appeal.
Faced with it, learned counsel for the respondents prays for 4 weeks' time to ensure compliance of the order.
In view of the fact that the writ appeal has now been dismissed, it is expected from the respondents that they shall ensure compliance of the order till the next date of hearing.
