Upon perusal of the papers of the Review Petition, we have noticed that there is a delay of 218 days in filing the Review Petition. We are not inclined to condone the same.
Even on merits also, we are convinced that the order of which review has been sought does not suffer from any error apparent warranting its reconsideration.
The Review Petition is, accordingly, dismissed on the ground of delay as well as on merits.
