Section 21(1) in Swarnim Gujarat Sports University Act, 2011
(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:-(i)the Chairman of the Board, who shall be the Chairman of the Committee;(ii)the Vice-Chancellor;(iii)two members of the Board (one of them shall be a Government nominee of the Board), to be nominated by the Board;(iv)the Director (Finance);(v)one expert in the field of finance, to be nominated by the Board;(vi)one professor, by rotation, to be nominated by the Board;(vii)one Head Coach, by rotation, to be nominated by the Board.
