27. Admission of nominal, associate or sympathizer members.
(1)A co-operative may admit persons as nominal or associate or sympathizer members if due provision is made in the bye-laws of respective co-operatives.(2)The nominal or associate or sympathizer member shall not be entitled to subscribe to the shares of such co-operative or have any interest in the management thereof including the right to vote or to be elected as a director of the board.
