JUDGMENT:
The subject matter in the appeal was referred to Lok Adalat for settlement and accordingly, an award was passed on 14-12-2019 in terms of the settlement.
In view of the same, the appeal is closed in terms of the said award passed by the Lok Adalat. No costs.
