Section 7 in The Jammu and Kashmir Heritage Conservation and Preservation Act, 2010
7. Constitution of Authority.
- The Government may, by notification in the Government Gazette, constitute an Authority known as the "Jammu and Kashmir Heritage Conservation and Preservation Authority" for the purposes of exercising powers and performing the functions assigned to it under this Act.
