Section 1(1) in AICTE (Open and Distance Learning Education) Guidelines for Institutions - Deemed to be Universities, 2019
1.1These Guidelines lay down the minimum standards of instructions for grant of Diploma, Post Diploma Certificate, Post Graduate Certificate, Post Graduate Diploma and Post Graduate Degree Level Programmes (as defined in Approval Process Handbook) through Open and Distance Learning mode, and shall be in addition to and not in derogation of any other Guidelines, Notifications or Instructions issued by the AICTE from time to time.
