Section 13(2) in Jodhpur Development Authority Appellate Tribunal Rules, 2017
(2)The Tribunal shall send a certified copy of an order or judgment passed by it in case appeal to the Secretary of the Authority and one such copy to the officer of the Authority against whose order appeal was filed.
