(4)The elections under sub-section (1), sub-section (2) and sub-section (3), shall be conducted at a meeting of the Municipal Council to be convened immediately after the meeting held for making and subscribing oath or affirmation by the members under section 114, but not later than one month from the date on which election of the members is notified under section 71 of the Punjab State Election Commission Act, 1994 (Punjab Act 19 of 1994).
