1. Mr. Rohan Sharma, who appears for the plaintiffs, says that defendant no. 2 i.e. Mr. Akhil Seth, pursuant to the previous hearing i.e. hearing held on 18.09.2020, has shared an affidavit with him. 1.1 Mr. Sharma says that he would require two weeks to revert with instructions.
2. To be noted, Mr. Akhil Seth has not joined the virtual-court hearing today.
3. Accordingly, at request of Mr. Sharma, list the matter on 07.12.2020.
