46. Period of limitation for revision applications.
- (i) Applications for the exercise of the revisional jurisdiction of the High Court for which no period of limitation is prescribed by any law, shall be presented with in 90 days from the date of the decree or order sought to be revised.(ii)The provisions of Sections 4, 5 and 12 of the Limitation Act, 1963, shall apply to the Revision applications mentioned in sub-rule (i) above.
