Section 17(2)(ii) in Bihar Preservation and Improvement of Animals Rules, 1960

(ii)Every such appeal shall be accompanied by an authenticated copy of the order appealed against, unless the omission to produce such copy is explained to the satisfaction of the appellate authority.
