Section 184(1) in Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 2007

(1)No person shall, except with the prior permission , in writing of the Chief Municipal Executive Officer/ Municipal Executive Officer, sink any tube-well or dig or construct any new well, tank, pond, cistern or fountain in any municipal area.
