Section 1 in Arunachal Pradesh Land and Ecological Sites (Protection and Management) Act, 2018
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh land and Ecological (Protection and Management) Act, 2018.(2)It extends to the whole of Arunachal Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
