Section 64 in The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2005
64. Non-Tariff Income.
- 64.1 The amount of non-tariff income relating to the Distribution Business as approved by the Commission shall be deducted from the aggregate revenue requirement in determining the wheeling charges of the Distribution Licensee:Provided that the Distribution Licensee shall submit full details of his forecast of non-tariff income to the Commission along with his application for determination of tariff.
