Section 53(7) in The Anna University of Technology, Tiruchirappalli Act, 2006
(7)All hostels within the University area which continue to be recognised by the [Anna University of Technology, Tiruchirrappali] [Substituted for 'Anna University, Tiruchirrappali' by Act 25 of 2010, dated 11.6.2010.] immediately before the appointed day shall be deemed to be hostels recognised by the [Anna University of Technology, Tiruchirrappali] [Substituted for 'Anna University, Tiruchirrappali' by Act 25 of 2010, dated 11.6.2010.] under this Act and the provisions of this Act shall, as far as may, apply accordingly.
