Section 30(2) in The West Bengal Vaccination Act, 1973
(2)In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely(a)the form of the certificate of vaccination;(b)the issue of a duplicate certificate;(c)the duties and functions of the Superintendent of Vaccination;(d)any other matter that may be or is required to be prescribed.
