Section 7 in Railways Rates Tribunal (Procedure) Regulations, 1990
7. Presentation.-
Unless otherwise specially provided, all pleadings and documents, applications and communications intended for the Tribunal shall be presented to the Secretary at the Headquarters of the Tribunal or despatched to him by registered post acknowledgement due.
