Section 55(4) in Rajasthan Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2011
(4)In the districts where District Child Protection Unit is not constituted the District Magistrate or Collector or his nominee, (not below the rank of Additional District Magistrate/Additional District Collector) shall be the Chairperson of this Committee.
