Section 6(1) in The Orissa Sports Authorities Act, 1994
(1)There shall be a Managing Director of the Sports Authority to be appointed by the Government from among the officers belonging to the State or the Central Government or the Defence Service, who are eligible to be appointed as an Additional Secretary or a Secretary to the Government.
