Section 6(c) in The M.P. Minorities Commission (Procedure) Regulations, 1996
(c)However, the Commission shall not consider matter which is :(i)Subjudice in any Court of Law;(ii)Vague, anonymous or pseudonymous;(iii)Frivolous or outside the purview of the Commission.
