Section 29(3) in Sikkim Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1983
(3)No deduction shall be made from the wages of an employee in a theatre or place of public amusement or entertainment on account of any holiday given to him under sub-section (1). If an employee is employed on a daily wage, he shall nonetheless be paid his wages for the holiday equal to the average of the daily wages earned by him during the proceeding six working days.
