1. The learned Senior Advocate representing the Respondent Corporation submits that a huge number of employees have accepted the impugned Pension Scheme. Some have not accepted it.

Some have accepted the impugned Pension Scheme, and by way of an afterthought, are now challenging the said Pension Scheme. The learned Senior Advocate representing the Petitioners submits that the Corporation also needs to apprise the Court as to how many employees have accepted the impugned Pension Scheme under protest and have challenged the same.

2. The learned Advocate for the Corporation desires to file a short Affidavit to submit the data, in view of the above submissions.
