The fee prescribed by this Chapter shall be in addition to the court-fee payable under the Court Fees Act (Article 1 of Schedule II) as reduced by Government vide item No. 31 of their Notification No. M-600/X-501, dated March 25, 1942 on written applications for inspection or search.]
