115. Indemnity.
- No suit prosecution, or other legal proceeding shall lie against the trustee appointed under this Act, the Registrar or any person subordinate to him or acting on his authority, a liquidator, an arbitrator, the board of arbitrators, the Tribunal or any member thereof in respect of anything in good faith done or purporting to have been done under this Act.
