3. By virtue of the present petition, the petitioner, inter alia, seeks initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for wilful disobedience of order dated 24.07.2025 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in WP(C) 14071/2025 entitled "Sushil Das v. Delhi Building and other Construction Workers Welfare Board", since, as per him, the respondent has failed to process the petitioner's pension application in terms of the judgment passed in 'Dulari Devi v. Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Board & Anr.', and release his pensionary dues with 12% interest per annum from the date of the accrual.

Learned counsel for the respondent, appearing on advance service, submits that the respondent was unable to comply with the directions contained in the order dated 24.07.2025 passed by this Court since the present Secretary of Delhi BOCWW Board has recently taken charge. In view thereof, she seeks, and is granted, a period of two weeks to comply with the directions contained therein.
