Section 56(1) in Gudalur Janmam Estates (Abolition and Conversion Into Ryotwari) Act, 1969
(1)The decision of the Tribunal or the Special Appellate Tribunal in any proceeding under this Act on any matter falling within its jurisdiction shall be binding on the parties thereto and person claiming under them, in any suit or proceeding in a Civil Court, in so far as such matter is in issue between the parties or persons aforesaid in such suit or proceeding.
