Section 38(1) in Ayush and Health Sciences University of Chhattisgarh Act, 2008
(1)The Academic Council shall have the power to approve an institution as an approved institution for specialized studies, laboratory work, internship, research or other academic work in the health sciences under the guidance of one or more qualified teacher.
