Since the petitioner/Mumbai Metropolitan Regional Development Authority ("hereafter "MMRDA", for short) seeks permission of this Court, to fell 13 mangrove trees for construction of a skywalk, in terms of the judgment and order dated 17th September 2018 in PIL No. 87 of 2006 (Bombay Environmental Action Group & Anr. V/s. State of Maharashtra & Ors.), we direct impleadment of Bombay Environmental Action Group as an additional respondent in this writ petition.

3. Let amendment in the cause-title be effected here and now by the learned advocate for the petitioner/MMRDA in the presence of the Associate. Re-verification is dispensed with.
