(c)For processing of biodegradable waste Municipal Council/Nagar Panchayat have to establish waste processing plant such as composting plant-windrow compost plant, vermin composting plant, waste to energy or any other such technology by their own or with help of any other licensed company/firm/organisation on Build-operate- transfer (BOT)/ object oriented (OO) method.
