Section 21(14) in Wild Life (Protection) Punjab Rules, 1975
(14)A special game or a big game licensee under this Chapter shall maintain record in Form 7 of the animals killed, captured or wounded by him and such record shall be surrendered to the licensing authority as required by Section 10.
