Section 35(1) in Himachal Pradesh University Act, 1970
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Statutes and Ordinances, every salaried officer or teacher shall be appointed under a written contract which shall be lodged with the University and a copy thereof shall be furnished to the persons concerned.
