Section 12(1) in The Orissa Motor Transport Workers' Rules, 1966
(1)All fees to be paid under these rules shall be paid into the local treasury under the receipt head 'XXXII-Miscellaneous Social and Development Organisation-Labour and Employment-fees realised under the Orissa Motor Transport Workers' Rules" and receipt obtained, which shall be submitted to the Inspector along with the application.
