(1)Subject to the provisions of sub-section (2), the following persons shall be entitled to have their names entered in the Register of Registered Graduates or to be Registered Graduates, namely, persons -(a)who are graduates of the University.(b)who are graduates of the University of Poona constituted under the Poona University Act, 1948; and(c)who, being graduates of any other University, are recognised as Registered Graduates, as prescribed by the Statutes.
