Section 4(1) in The (Central Provinces and Berar) Debt Conciliation Act, 1933
(1)The Board shall ordinarily hold its sittings at such places as may be appointed as its headquarters by the Deputy Commissioner, but may sit at any other place within its jurisdiction for the convenient disposal of its business.
