(1)After forty days from the date of publication of a statement under section 13 the Collector shall, in accordance with rules made under this Act, republish the statement with such modifications as he may have made as a result of representations by persons whose names were included therein, and, subject to any decisions by an appellate or revisional authority, all entries in the statement as thus republished shall be presumed to be correct in every particular for the purposes of this Act.
