Section 14(2)(vi) in The Bihar Irrigation and Flood Protection, (Betterment Contribution) Rules, 1961

(vi)Where an instalment of the principal is not paid on the date on which it falls due a further demand of interest calculated at the rate prescribed under sub-rule (i) shall be made for the whole of the period during which the instalment is not paid.
