1. A perusal of the record reveals that the very same petitioner has also previously filed a complaint against the respondent no.1 herein before the Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities (CCPD) seeking the very same reliefs, which is still pending adjudication therein. In fact, the CCPD has already issued a notice dated 21.11.2024 to the respondent no.1 (Annexure P-7).
2. In view thereof, learned counsel for petitioner, after some arguments, seeks accommodation for few days to take appropriate steps for withdrawing the earlier complaint filed before the CCPD.
3. List before the Vacation Bench on 03.01.2025.
