6. Migration to the New Stevedoring and Shore Handling Scheme.
- The Stevedoring and Shore Handling Agent who have been issued license before the commencement of this regulation would be deemed to be considered as a licensee under this regulation:Provided that any additional requirement to be satisfied by the licensee based on this regulation, shall be required to be fulfilled by the licensee within a period of one month.
