Section 24(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Holdings (Consolidation and Prevention of Fragmentation) Act, 1971
(1)The scheme prepared by the Consolidation Officer may provide for the distribution of land held under occupancy tenure between the tenants holding a right of occupancy and his land-lord in such proportion as may be agreed upon between the parties.
