Section 27(2) in The Insurance Regulatory And Development Authority (Conditions Of Service Of Officers And Other Employees) Regulations, 2000
(2)Except in exceptional circumstances, the duration of extraordinary leave shall not exceed ninety days on any one occasion and three hundred and sixty days during the entire period of an officer's and other employee's service.
