This cross-objection filed by the assessee for the assessment year 2006-07 in ITA No.5252/Del/2017 is directed against the order of learned CIT(A)-1, New Delhi dated 26th July, 2013.
2. At the time of hearing before us, an application dated 11th December, 2017 was filed requesting for withdrawal of cross- objection filed by the assessee in view of the fact that the 2 C.O.No.140/Del/2017 department's appeal has been withdrawn and the same was confirmed by the ITAT vide order dated 21st September, 2017.
3. In view of the above, the cross-objection filed by the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
