27. Meetings of the Boards of studies.
(1)Each Board of Studies shall meet regularly at such time and place as may be notified by the Secretary of the Board of Studies concerned.(2)All questions to be considered in a meeting of any Board of Studies shall be decided by a majority of the votes of the members present.(3)The Chairman of the Board of Studies shall be entitled to have a vote on any question and if the votes be equally divided he shall have a second or casting vote.(4)The quorum for any regular or special meeting of any Board of Studies shall consist of ½ of the total membership.
